Brendan Hayes, CAIA, is currently working as the CFO + COO at Silence since January 2022. Before that, Brendan served as a Senior Consultant at Triple ONE Capital Ltd., a private family office specializing in alternative investments, starting in April 2019. Prior to their role at Triple ONE Capital, Brendan worked at ICR Institutional Investment Management SGIIC from May 2002 to March 2019, where Brendan held the title of CFO/COO/CCO for Alternative Investment Manager. Brendan's educational background includes a degree in Business Studies, French & Economics from the University of Limerick, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Université d'Angers as part of the ERASMUS program.
