Zarak Farooq is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Test Engineering at Silanna since November 2017, Zarak manages a team of test and bench engineers across various regions and has been instrumental in establishing the company's testing infrastructure for AC/DC and DC/DC product lines. Prior to this role, Zarak worked at Texas Instruments as a Product and Test Manager, focusing on multisite hardware development for testing packages. Zarak's earlier experience includes positions as a Test Engineer at Maxim Integrated Products, where Zarak developed test hardware and software for IC products, and as a Functional Test Engineer at IBM, responsible for debugging Tivoli Storage Manager Software. Zarak holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California State University, Chico.
