Anthony Ripberger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Sila since October 2022, Anthony provides strategic direction and oversees engineering initiatives while leading a diverse team of developers and quality assurance professionals. Anthony previously held roles at Madeira High School and Cincinnati United Soccer Club as a Head Men's Soccer Coach and Boy's Staff Coach, respectively. Earlier career positions include Project Manager/Scrum Master/Business Analyst at Core BTS, Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master/Release Manager/Development Manager at FIS, and Lead Business Analyst at Fifth Third Bank. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
