Karli McBryde is an experienced professional in chemical engineering, currently serving as Manager of R&D Operations and previously as a Battery Operations Engineer at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Karli worked at Dow from November 2014 to June 2021, holding positions including Senior Improvement Engineer, Process Safety Focal Point, Senior Production Engineer, and Production Engineer, managing significant capital projects and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Early career experience includes co-op positions at Dow, focusing on maintenance, reliability, and process improvements, as well as leadership in academic settings as a Peer Led Team Learning Leader at Washington University in St. Louis. Karli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington University and has completed a MicroMasters in Data Science from UCSD through edX.
