Rona Bilbro is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and operational coordination. Currently serving as the Ethnologue Account & Operations Manager at SIL International since November 2017, Rona oversees daily operations, customer support, and financial management for Ethnologue.com. Prior roles at Wycliffe Bible Translators included IT Operations Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT department operations, and Chief of Staff for the Offices of the President, overseeing day-to-day activities. Rona also held positions as Executive Assistant to the President and Client Services Manager at Cross Link Group, along with serving as Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and Vice President at Wycliffe Foundation. Rona holds a BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in Biblical Languages from Bethany College of the Assemblies of God.
