Roozbeh M. has been employed in various roles since 2003. Roozbeh began their career at Maxbo Proff as a Toolshop work in 2003. Roozbeh then moved to Oras AS in 2004, where they worked as a Plummer. In 2007, they worked at Mercur as a Plummer. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Dressmann AS as a Seller and at Freestyle IL as a GymInstructor. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Forandringsspesialisten, Liens systue as a Transporter. In 2019, they worked at Better AS as a Backend Developer, intern. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Avanade as a Developer. Currently, they are employed at nShift as a Technical Associate and at Sikt – Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research as a Java Software Engineer.

Roozbeh M. has a diverse educational background. Roozbeh started their education in 2002 at Sogn VGS, where they obtained a Grunn Kurs in Teknisk byggfag. In 2003, they attended Stovner VGS and obtained a VK1-rør in Rørlegger. Roozbeh then returned to Stovner VGS in 2004 and obtained a Svennebrev in Rørlegger. In 2007, they attended Stovner VGS again and obtained a VK2 in Almennfaglig påbygging. Most recently, they attended Høyskolen Kristiania (Westerdals Oslo ACT) from 2016 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in programmering. Additionally, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft in May 2020.
