Kim L. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2000 as an Agent Developer for Kelkoo. Kim then worked as a Consultant from 2006 to 2010, doing various small jobs. In 2010, they began working for Selektiv Logistikk as a Programmer and for Fronter AS as a Developer. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior System Developer for WebOrg (Samspill.io AS), and from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Software Developer for 4human HRM. Currently, Kim L. is a Senior Engineer for Sikt – Kunnskapssektorens tjenesteleverandør.

Kim L. attended the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1994 to 2000, where they studied mathematics, mechanics, geophysics, and computer science.
