Avi Mawas has extensive experience in the field of QA testing and team management.

From 2012 to the present, Avi worked as the QA Team Lead at Siklu Communication. In this role, they successfully managed a team of 6-8 members, both seniors and juniors. Avi was responsible for planning, writing, and executing tests for RF mm Wave solution products. Avi also played a crucial role in building an effective QA process that was implemented across the R&D teams, resulting in high-quality delivery and productive strategies. Avi acted as an expert and mentor, establishing best practices, improving processes, and resolving issues.

Prior to this, Avi worked at Axerra Networks from 2005 to 2012 as a Senior QA Testing Engineer. Here, they contributed to the company's testing efforts, ensuring the quality of their products.

From 1999 to 2005, Avi was part of the Ceragon Networks Analyze team. Avi played a vital role in this team, analyzing their networks and contributing to their overall success.

Avi Mawas completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology, attending from 2000 to 2004. In 2013, they also attended John Bryce, where they studied various subjects including Java/J2EE Design Patterns, SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, JSP, Spring, and Maven.
