Darren R. Smith is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in Human Capital Management (HCM) and strategic human resources roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Manager at Sikich since March 2022, Darren focuses on enhancing core business processes through effective HCM consulting. Previous positions include Senior People Business Partner at Slalom, Vice President of Human Resources at The Beam Team, and HR roles at ADP and ThyssenKrupp IT Services North America. Darren began a career in the United States Air Force as a Public Relations Specialist and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
