Christopher Geier serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sikich, a position held since April 2008. In addition, Christopher Geier is an Executive Board Member and Partner in Charge of Advisory & Investment Banking at Sikich Corporate Finance LLC. Prior to this role, Christopher Geier was a member of the Board of Directors for the Barrington 220 School District from 2013 to 2017, where Christopher also co-chaired the Finance Committee. As the founder and CEO of GEI Capital & Advisory from 1993 to April 2008, Christopher Geier established a distressed private equity and turnaround consulting firm and an international mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Christopher Geier holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BA in Criminal Justice/Pre Law from Washington State University, and completed the Executive Education Directors' Consortium at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
