Yves Florack, PDEng, has a wide range of work experience in the field of UX design and research. Yves has held roles such as UX Design Lead, Experience & Industrial Designer, and Envisioning Experience Tribe Lead at Siili Solutions. Yves has also worked as an Advisor & Facilitator and Community Founder & Organiser at UXHel, Helsinki's hands-on UX community. Additionally, they have been involved in organizing design conferences such as Joint Futures and DSConf. Yves has also worked as a Senior UX Designer for Aalto University and as a UX Designer & Researcher at the Helsinki Institute for Information Technology. Yves has experience as a UX Design Lead at Elisa and as a UX Researcher & Designer at Eindhoven University of Technology.

Yves Florack, PDEng, obtained a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (P.D.Eng.) degree in User System Interaction at the faculty of Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology. Prior to that, Yves completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Design and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Design Engineering, both from Eindhoven University of Technology. Yves also holds a Bilingual International Baccalaureate degree from International School Basel, with a focus on Math HL, Physics HL, Chemistry HL, Economics SL, German A2 SL, and English A1 SL. In addition, Yves has earned the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in 2016.
