Julie Payne-Neward holds an International MBA from the University of San Diego and has extensive experience in property management and board leadership. Currently, Julie serves as a Property Manager at SIHI and has been a Board Member and Co-Founder of The California Sibling Leadership Network since April 2015, advocating for siblings of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, Julie is a Councilwoman for the State Council on Developmental Disabilities, focusing on policy and advocacy for Californians with developmental disabilities. Previous roles include Property Manager at Federal Realty Investment Trust and various positions at Kilroy Realty Corporation, Urban Retail Properties, and Westfield, showcasing a strong background in managing commercial real estate and strategic planning.
