Karen Bader has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen currently serves as the Head of Corporate Relations at Signum Growth Capital, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, Karen worked at Macquarie Group from September 2015 to November 2019 as a Corporate Access Coordinator, specializing in roadshow and event management. From September 2010 to August 2015, they held the role of Corporate Access Coordinator/Executive Assistant of Sales and Trading in Equities at Evercore, where they managed logistics for marketing events, coordinated calendars, expenses, and travel, and maintained the CRM database, among other administrative duties. Karen has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards in 2008 and as an HR Corporate Recruitment Assistant at the Department of Human Services NSW - Juvenile Justice from 2007 to 2008. Karen started their career as a Vacation Consultant at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE) from June 2005 to February 2007.

Karen Bader attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication & English with a focus on Journalism. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Scottsdale Community College, studying Broadcast Journalism as a post-graduate student but did not obtain a degree. Prior to their college years, Karen Bader graduated from Hazelwood Central High School with Honors, earning their diploma.
