Rafael Ch is a Partner and Senior Analyst for Latin America & Emerging Markets at Signum Global Advisors, with experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher on Conflict Studies at Princeton University. Previously, Rafael served as a Senior Analyst for the Economics of Conflict at the International Crisis Group and completed a PhD in Politics at New York University, specializing in Political Economy, Methodology, Security, and Energy. Additional roles include Principal Investigator at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina, where Rafael led studies on urban development, and Director of Economic and Public Security Research Divisions at CIDAC, advising the Mexican government on energy and tax reforms. Rafael has also contributed as a writer and visiting professor, with academic training from prestigious institutions including Harvard University and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
