Martin McEvoy serves as the Managing Partner of Signium Ireland since August 1995, and has held the position of Managing Partner for Ireland at Signium since September 2001. With extensive experience in leadership and specialist talent acquisition, Martin has led high-end search assignments for various roles across multiple sectors, including B2B, FMCG, Financial Services, and Technology, among others. Martin previously served as Managing Director at the Marketing Institute of Ireland from 2000 to 2001 and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master's degree in Business and Marketing from Trinity College Dublin. As a board member and European speaker, Martin focuses on bespoke best-practice processes to facilitate successful international talent sourcing.
