With over 15 years of experience at Signium International, a leader in global executive search and HR consulting, Karin plays a pivotal role in recruiting top-level executives across various industries. Prior experience includes positions as Partner at Boyden International, Human Resources Director for Delphi Automotive Systems in Europe, and VP of Human Resources and Organisation at Austrian Airlines. Karin holds an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of St. Gallen and Rotman School of Management, along with a Magister in Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
