Matthew Hamilton has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interactive Multimedia Design from Ulster University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Personnel and Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) between 2009 and 2012. In 2014, they engaged in two short-term educational programs. The first was at Edinburgh Napier University, where they completed a BTEC (L4) ABDI Accredited course in Measuring the Impact of Workplace Learning and Planning Outcomes.
