Dean Jones is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Signifyd, overseeing four teams of 32 engineers across the US, EMEA, and Brazil. Previously, Dean held various engineering management positions at Mailshake, including Senior Engineering Manager, and played key roles at Terminus, CodeBlox, Nestlé Health Science-Pamlab, Virtustream, ncircle, SecureWorks, Scientific Games, and Wegener Communications. Expertise spans frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on web technologies such as Angular, Groovy, Grails, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, complemented by leadership in fostering engineering talent and managing cross-functional teams.
