Dan Jiao

Vice President, Revenue Operations at Signifyd

Dan Jiao has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2013 as a Bioprocess Engineering Intern at DuPont. Dan then worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory before taking on an Engineering Intern role at Mosaic Materials. After that, Dan worked as a Research Chemist II at Moses Lake Industries and an Account Manager at ChemPoint.

In 2017, Dan joined Ekata, a Mastercard company, as an Account Executive and later moved to the Enterprise Account Executive role. Dan was then promoted to Director of Asia Pacific, where they led Ekata's expansion into the APAC region and developed go-to-market strategies.

In 2021, Dan became the Senior Director of Global Sales Strategy & Excellence at Ekata, overseeing the company's commercial best practices and revenue performance. Dan fulfilled Chief of Staff duties for the Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Partnerships and implemented a new sales commission plan.

In 2022, Dan joined Signifyd as the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, responsible for supporting the global sales organization in achieving pipeline generation and revenue goals. Dan then advanced to the role of Senior Director of Revenue Operations, leading the revenue operations team and driving strategic initiatives to improve customer journey metrics.

Currently, Dan holds the position of Vice President of Revenue Operations at Signifyd, where they lead the revenue operations team and empowers directors to build high-performing teams to support GTM processes and analytics. Dan'sresponsibilities include driving strategic initiatives to improve key metrics such as pipeline generation, lead conversion, and revenue growth.

Dan Jiao obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in eCommerce Fraud Agent from The Fraud Practice in June 2021 and in Building High-Performing Teams from Coursera in August 2020.
