Miguel Torres is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate HR, Leadership Development & Engagement at Signet Jewelers since February 2015, Miguel has held several key positions within the company, including Vice President for North American HR - Support Centers and Senior Director of the Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to joining Signet Jewelers, Miguel worked at Home Depot from April 2004 to January 2015 as Division Director for Associate Relations. Additional experience includes roles as HR Director at the National Urban Business Alliance, HR Administrator for Career Development at LTV STEEL, and Human Resources Administrator for the City of Cleveland. Miguel holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
