Brad Vought is an experienced design researcher with a strong background in enhancing digital experiences across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Design Researcher at Signet Jewelers since September 2021, Brad leads a distributed research team to drive user experience for a range of online properties and luxury products. Prior to this role, Brad was a Research Manager at Psyma, managing high-budget research projects, collaborating with major automotive and pharmaceutical clients, and developing innovative research methods. Experience also includes serving as Project/Operations Manager at RR Donnelley, overseeing digital print projects with a significant budget. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Western Michigan University.
