Guillermina Santos is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Warehouse Operations Manager at Signature Solar since October 2023, Guillermina previously held positions such as Assistant Plant Manager at James Skinner Baking Company, Packaging Manager at Klement Sausage Co, and Production Supervisor at Nature's Path Foods. With a Bachelor of Science in Business - Operations Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's Degree from MiraCosta College, Guillermina has consistently demonstrated expertise in overseeing production processes, employee training, and implementing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
