I have been a Chef for 30 years and I have always had a deep passion for food. My Mediterranean background has that ingrained in me! I always wanted to work in the best establishments which is why I was attracted to Signature Hendon.

Early in my career I worked in high profile restaurants & hotels, honing my skills with some of the best chefs in London, but I always had a passion to lead & create. I quickly moved up the kitchen ladder & became a Head chef at a very young age, which led me to an amazing restaurant in the city for the Financial Sector. The company opened another restaurant in Notting Hill & I became an Executive Chef over both restaurants, in which we served high profile guests including royalty, actors & sports personalities. At the end of the day, whomever I serve, I serve with passion & culinary excellence.

My vision is to bring joy to all my guests as I understand that food invokes such emotion in all of us & it brings me great delight to be a part of this journey.
