Phillip Arrington is an experienced professional in land development and project management, currently serving as Development and Entitlement Manager at Signature Property Group, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Phillip held dual positions as Land Development Manager and Land Entitlement Manager at CIP Construction from March 2012 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, Phillip was an HVAC Controls Engineer at Brady from January 2009 to October 2011. Phillip earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, where studies took place from 2004 to 2008.
