Kristina Alford

Vice President Of Merchant Services at Signature Payments

Kristina Alford has extensive experience in customer service and retail management. Kristina began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Store Manager at Skechers. In 2004, they moved to Champs Sports as a Store Manager, where they remained until 2007. During their time at Champs Sports, they recruited, trained, and promoted four assistant managers to the position of Store Manager in the Southeast Region. Kristina also completed weekly inventory balancing to ensure they remained below the targeted threshold of 0.89%, which resulted in several Shrink Awards. In 2007, they moved to Chase as a Senior Teller. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Area Manager at Mr. Alan's Shoes & Sportswear. In 2014, they were promoted to Airport Manager at Avis Budget Group, where they were responsible for all airport location operations including hiring, training, and development, fleet management and distribution, shuttling, loss prevention, customer service and sales, and employee/union relations for all brands. Kristina also trained and developed a team of Operations Managers, completed daily Sales and Service observations, and was selected by the Regional VP to spearhead the company's rebranding initiative. In 2017, they became the Director of Operations at TouchSuite and in 2021, they joined Signature Payments as the Director of Customer Experience and Portfolio Manager.

Kristina Alford attended Florida Atlantic University from 2002 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies Social Sciences. Kristina also holds two certifications from the Electronic Transactions Association, ETA CPP, obtained in June 2022, as well as a Statement of Status of Eligibility from The Florida Department of Education obtained in February 2012.
