Jeremy Tincher

Chief Operating Officer at Signature Orthopaedics

Jeremy Tincher has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality control and regulatory systems in the medical devices industry. Jeremy started their career at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, where they worked in different areas of manufacturing for 18 years. Jeremy then joined Medtronic Sofamor Danek as a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, managing engineers and implementing process improvements. After that, they worked at Sandvik Medical Solutions as an Operations Manager, overseeing production. Jeremy then joined Engineered Medical Systems, Inc. as Director of Operations, responsible for manufacturing and quality engineering. Tincher then moved to Medtronic, where they served as a Prin Tech Sourcing Specialist and later as a Supply Chain Program Manager, providing strategic sourcing leadership for new product development and coordinating program information and responsibilities. Jeremy also worked at Paxeon Reconstruction and Odyssey Medical, Inc. as Director of Quality and Regulatory Systems, overseeing the implementation and improvement of quality management systems. Currently, Jeremy Tincher is the Chief Operating Officer at Signature Orthopaedics, where their responsibilities include managing the organization and overseeing international operations.

Jeremy Tincher received their education in a progressive manner, starting with an Associate of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southwest Tennessee Community College from 1993 to 1998. Jeremy then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, between 1998 and 2000. Finally, they completed their academic journey earning a Master of Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Jeremy has obtained additional certifications such as "Lead Like a Boss" from LinkedIn in 2018 and "ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor" from Quality Management International, Inc. in 2017.
