Elliott Phillips is a Partner at Signature Litigation since November 2016, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles, including Head of Commercial Litigation at ISOLAS LLP from September 2002 to November 2016. In addition to legal practice, Elliott served in various significant political positions within the Parliament of Gibraltar, including Shadow Minister for Health, the Environment and Transport, HM Leader of the Opposition, and Shadow Minister for Justice from October 2015 to September 2023. Elliott Phillips holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the Inns of Court School of Law, completed between 1998 and 2001.
