Brooke Welch, SHRM-CP, has worked as a Human Resources Director at Signature Homes since 2018. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Newk's Eatery from 2015 to 2018. Brooke also served as a Human Resources Coordinator for the Frito-Lay division at PepsiCo from 2008 to 2015.

Brooke Welch, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
