Katrina Serrano, MBA, has over two decades of experience in finance and billing roles, currently serving as Billing III at Signature Aviation plc since May 2012, where advanced billing expertise is utilized to guide and train staff while assisting with month-end close processes. Prior to this, Katrina worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at The Peabody Orlando from August 2004 to May 2012, focusing on direct billing and account reconciliations for group events. Katrina's career began as a Front Desk Agent at Comfort Suites Maingate East from February 2000 to October 2004, managing guest check-in/out and handling transactions. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and two associate degrees in General Studies and Accounting from Valencia College.
