Kyle Saggio has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2018, they started working as a Sales Representative and later became an Associate Sales Representative at Stryker until April 2022. From June to October 2018, they were the Head Coach for 3d Lacrosse's 2022 team. In 2022, they transitioned into the education field, working as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Pasco County Schools and later as the Head Lacrosse Coach at Tampa Catholic High School. Kyle also worked as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at True Lacrosse and as the Vice President of Physician Relationship Development at Independent Physician Solutions. In 2023, they took on roles as the Director of Coach & Player Development at Saint Petersburg Lacrosse Club, the Boys Lacrosse Program Director at Palms Lacrosse, and a Sales Professional at Signature Athletics. Additionally, they are the Owner & Head Coach at G.R.I.T. Factor.

Kyle Saggio obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of New Haven, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Kyle obtained additional certifications, including OTA Performance Coach from Overtime Athletes in November 2022, Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in October 2022, and CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in August 2022.
