Radu Tibrea has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Radu started their career in 2012 as a 2nd Line Support Analyst, where they provided technical assistance to UK-based customers. Radu then moved on to become a ServiceDesk Team Leader, responsible for implementing a large Service Desk for a major UK customer. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of ServiceDesk Supervisor, managing multiple Service Desk teams and overseeing the transfer of one shared Service Desk to a different location. In 2015, Radu took on the role of Support Services Supervisor, where they built and managed a 1st Line Infrastructure Support team and implemented a training plan for new hires. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a DC & Service Desk Operation Support Manager, overseeing the UK Technical and Service Desk teams based in Romania and leading the transition of services to the Romanian Service Center. In 2018, Radu joined Signant Health, starting as a Service Desk Manager and later becoming an Associate Director of Support Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Project Support at Signant Health.
Radu Tibrea attended Law School in Iasi from 2010 to 2014, but the degree and field of study are not specified.
