Rotem Lambez has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Starting in 2012, they worked at Israeli Military Intelligence, where they served as a Product Manager and later became a Product Team Lead. In these positions, they led teams and implemented strategies to achieve product objectives. They also managed unit-wide products with a large team of engineers and technicians.

In 2017, Rotem joined Insoundz, initially as a Product Manager and later took on the role of Technical Team Lead & Product Manager. They eventually became the Head of Product, responsible for overseeing product development and strategy.

In 2023, Rotem joined SignalPET® as the VP of Product. In this role, they built and led a product team, formulated and executed product strategies, identified market trends and threats, and collaborated with other teams to achieve company goals.
