Jim Vranicar

Jim Vranicar has extensive experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Jim began their career as a Media Planner at Valentine Radford Advertising from 1991 to 1994. Jim then joined Barkley as a VP, Account Media Director, where they oversaw media planning for SONIC Drive-In and managed a team of 12 media professionals. During their time at Barkley, they played a key role in managing consumer media budgets that grew from $24M to over $160M over a 10-year period. In 2007, Jim moved to Sullivan Higdon & Sink Communications as the Vice President, Connections Planning. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all connections planning for the Kansas City and Wichita offices and developing integrated connections and media plans for various clients. Jim joined Signal Theory Inc. in 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer, where they led operational and human resources initiatives to support employees and position the agency as a great place to work. Jim'sresponsibilities included benefits administration, employee recruitment and training, agency workflow processes, and physical space management.

Jim Vranicar pursued their education from 1987 to 1990 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism-Advertising.
