Ralf Sternheimer currently serves as the Chapter Lead Business Analysis LV at SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Ralf held various leadership positions in customer service at Talanx, including Teamleiter Kundenservice from March 2014 to June 2020 and Teammanager Kundenservice from October 2008 to February 2014. Ralf also worked as a Senior Vertriebscoach Vermögensberatung at Talanx from October 2003 to September 2008. Ralf Sternheimer holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
