Zoe Matthews is an experienced early childhood educator with a strong background in supporting the development and education of young children. Currently serving as an Infant Toddler Quality Coach at Signal Centers, Inc. since March 2022, Zoe previously worked as a Preschool Teacher at McKendree UMC Daycare, where responsibilities included collecting developmental data and fostering a supportive classroom environment. Earlier roles include teaching positions at Belmont Weekday School and Gordon Jewish Community Center, focusing on social-emotional development and parent engagement. Additionally, Zoe has experience as an Infant/Toddler Caregiver at McKendree UMC Day Care, where efforts included training colleagues and collaborating on curriculum development. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Beloit College.
