Rachel Carter is an Operations Fellow and Retention and Wellness Fellow at the Mixed @ Berkeley Recruitment and Retention Center, focusing on building community and providing resources for mixed-identifying students of color. Rachel also serves as Vice President and Executive of Internal Affairs at the Haas Undergraduate Black Business Association, where responsibilities include maintaining member engagement and fostering community through events and mentorship programs. As Co-Owner of Sign Gypsies, Rachel manages customer orders, inventory, and social media marketing, while also gaining experience as a Commercial Real Estate Intern with Project Destined. Additionally, Rachel participated in Goldman Sachs' Virtual Insight Series and the REEC Jumpstart program, enhancing knowledge in commercial real estate and urban planning. Rachel is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley.
