Frida Nordlund has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Frida began their career as a Konsult at ÅF in 2012, where they worked as a Junior administrator on technical departments at Ringhals, Vattenfall AB. Frida'sresponsibilities included updating and correcting safety documentation for Ringhals 1, collaborating closely with domain experts. In 2014, Frida held positions as Ordförande i SNTD and Utbildningsansvarig i Sektionsstyrelsen at Teknologsektionen Teknisk Design.

In 2015, Frida joined Sjöräddningssällskapet for a Master Thesis Project in Mass rescue operation, during which they contributed to research in this field. Additionally, they worked at ÅF as an Industrial Design Engineer, handling construction in CATIA V5 and quality matters in ÅF's satellite division for Volvo Trucks. Frida also undertook shorter assignments within interaction design in ÅF's design studio.

In 2016, Frida joined Alten Sweden as a UX Designer, and concurrently worked at Volvo Trucks as a Digital UX Design Consultant. Frida played a crucial role in designing user experiences for digital interfaces during this time. Since 2019, Frida has been working at Sigmastocks, where they started as a UX Designer and was later promoted to Lead UX Designer in October 2021.

Throughout their career, Frida has demonstrated their expertise and versatility in the fields of UX design, industrial design, and project management.

Frida Nordlund completed their education in two different universities. From 2009 to 2015, they attended Chalmers University of Technology, where they obtained a degree in Teknisk Design, specifically a Civilingenjörsexamen. During this time, Frida focused on their field of study in the technical design. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, they participated in an exchange program and studied at Delft University of Technology. Here, they specialized in Design for Interaction.

In terms of additional certifications, Frida obtained the "Grunderna för digital marknadsföring" certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2020. Frida also obtained the "B Körkort" certification from Trafikverket in April 2013.
