William Gardiner's work experience starts with their current position as a Senior Application Engineer at Sigma Thermal, Inc., which began in June 2022. Before that, from March 2016 to January 2019, William held the position of Inside Sales Engineer. William played a key role in converting and improving the company's process heating equipment sizing programs and worked with clients to provide effective heating solutions.

From August 2013 to March 2016, William was employed as a Process Engineer at Sigma Thermal, Inc. In this role, they developed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for Thermal Fluid Systems, Direct Fired Heaters, and Process Bath Heaters. William also contributed to the preliminary equipment list for each project.

William's career started with a senior design project at DuPont and Goodyear in 2012, where they led a team in designing and optimizing a production plant for bioisoprene, a monomer used in rubber production, through fermentation processes.
