Ashish Pandya has extensive experience in business development. From 2019 to present, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Sigma Solve Inc, focusing on enterprise software development. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they held a BDE role at MSP Concepts. Before that, from 2017 to 2018, they worked at Commerce Pundit as a BDE. Their career in business development began in 2016 when they joined Incipientinfo as a BDE, where they primarily generated business leads through various bidding portals and utilized LinkedIn for customer data.

Ashish Pandya completed their education in a systematic manner. Ashish started their educational journey in 2009 at Government Polytechnic in Gandhinagar, where they pursued a Diploma in CE. After completing their diploma, Ashish Pandya joined Gujarat University in 2012 and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering. Their thirst for knowledge and growth led him to pursue higher education. From 2018 to 2020, Ashish Pandya enrolled in Sabarmati University, formerly known as Calrox Teacher's University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in IT, specializing in Information Technology.
