As one of the original founders of Sigma, Craig has had first-hand experience developing commercial plans and business growth strategies allowing him to scale up the business through internal development, recruitment and acquisition.
Working with some of the UK’s largest high street retailers, Craig understands the challenges the retail sector poses from multi-store rollouts, store closures to full store construction builds and refits. Recognizing and rewarding talent within the business, Craig is trusting and embodies the can-do Sigma attitude and capabilities ensuring that each of his team delivers the best possible service to all of Sigma’s customer’s around the world. Promoted from MD to CEO, Craig has shown great foundations in leadership, management skills, process and commercial thinking.
