Kristen Hohman has worked in the Human Resources and Recruitment fields since 2001. Kristen began their career as a Senior Analyst and Sales Representative at Software Management, Inc. in 2001. In 2003, they moved to AccountantsWorld as a Practice Development/Inside Sales Representative. In 2004, they were an Outside Sales Representative at Tom James Company. From 2005-2018, they worked at Sigma Resources LLC in various roles, including Senior Technical Recruiter/Lead Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Human Resources Manager. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Manager at Simcoach Games.

Kristen Hohman graduated from Duquesne University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing.
