Owen Minson has a diverse work experience that spans several positions and industries. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Staff Member at The Anchor Program Fund, Inc, where they provided care and support to children and adults with special needs. In 2021, Owen held a Summer Internship in Finance at Two Birds, a childcare startup, where they assisted with evaluating expansion options. During the same year, they also worked as a Loan Officer and Bank Teller at the Georgetown University Alumni & Student Federal Credit Union. In 2022, Owen served as an Investment Team Intern at Company Ventures. In the same year, they were appointed as the Vice President of Finance for Sigma Phi Epsilon's Georgetown Chapter, where they oversaw a significant budget. In 2023, Owen will be joining Jefferies as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

Owen Minson pursued their education chronologically, starting from 2016 to 2020 at Greens Farms Academy. During this period, they concentrated on Global Studies. Later, from 2020 to 2024, they attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where they pursued a BSBA degree focusing on Finance, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Operations and Information Management.
