Muhammad Suhail is an experienced professional in the coatings and polymer industry, currently serving as the Group Lead for the R&D Architectural Coating Section at Sigma Paints since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading the development of new products to meet market demands. Previously, Muhammad held roles as a Research and Development Chemist at Saudi Chemical Industries Ltd., focusing on architectural and industrial coatings, and as a Senior Chemist at Hi-Build Coatings Pvt. Ltd., specializing in construction chemicals. Muhammad also contributed as a Production and Process Engineer at Al-Jazeera Factory For Paints Co., where oversight of production operations and problem-solving in manufacturing processes were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes research roles at Behr Process Corp. working on water-based coatings, and technical sales at Geo Plastics and Polymers. An alumnus of BSA Crescent Engineering College with a Bachelor's in Polymer Technology, Muhammad is currently pursuing an Executive MBA with a focus on Operations Management.
