AJ Baxter has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Most recently, they hold the position of Owner at Make Break Innovate since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sigma International as a Manufacturing Engineer and an Innovation Engineer Intern from September 2021 to the present. Before Sigma International, AJ Baxter was a CNC Intern at Able Medical Devices from July 2020 to April 2021.

AJ Baxter attended Northern Michigan University from 2015 to 2021. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machinist Technology/CNC Machinist and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
