Ramon Serra has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Ramon began as an Ingeniero de Automatizaci贸n for PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., then became the Director for Unidad de Control de Gesti贸n. Gobernaci贸n del Estado M茅rida in 2008. In 2011, they were the Administrator for Innovative Solutions of Automation S.L. and in 2012, they became the Director Ejecutivo for Innovaci贸n, Electr贸nica i Mobilitat S.L. (Innovem). In 2015, they took on the role of Director de operaciones for RetiaTech S.L. and in 2017, they became the Technical Director for Sigma Industrial Precision.

Ramon Serra obtained their Ingeniero Electricista degree from Universidad de los Andes (VE) between the years 1992 and 2001. In 2010, they completed their Master degree in Autom谩tica y Rob贸tica from Universitat Polit猫cnica de Catalunya. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctorado in Ingenier铆a electrica from the same university and is expected to finish in 2023.
