Lucy Cheng is an experienced eCommerce Developer and Software QA Specialist at SIGMA Group since May 2015, demonstrating proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, and SCSS, as well as backend frameworks including MVC and C#. With a strong background in quality assurance, Lucy has led test plan reviews, conducted various testing methodologies, and implemented quality assurance standards, achieving significant reductions in bug costs. Previous roles include a System Application Developer Internship at the University of Southern Indiana, where interaction-rich web applications were developed, and a Webmaster position for the Tri-State Chinese Culture Association. Lucy holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University, complemented by experience in academic support as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
