Carlos Arturo Soto has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Division Vice President of Information Technology at Sigma since September 2005, where responsibilities include defining IT strategies that enhance competitive advantages. Prior roles include Information Technology Manager for Latin America and Systems Manager for Central America at Concretera Salvadoreña from December 2002 to August 2005. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences with a focus on Information Technology and a Master's degree in Business Management, both from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas', alongside a General Baccalaureate from Liceo Salvadoreño.
