Billy Gatlin is an experienced Piping Designer currently employed at Sigma Engineers and Constructors, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Billy served as a Project Designer at Brown and Root Industrial Services from February 2019 to March 2022, and as a Piping Designer at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA), A GHD Company, from September 2007 to February 2019, where responsibilities included leading small maintenance and capital projects. Billy has also worked as a Piping Designer for The Dow Chemical Company from July 2005 to September 2007. Additionally, since 2014, Billy has contributed as a Project Designer on-site at Placid Refining, engaging in projects from scope development through to construction and commissioning across mechanical, civil, and structural disciplines. Billy holds an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITI Technical College, completed between 2006 and 2008, and graduated from Monterey High School in 1997.
