Jatin Tiwari has a significant amount of work experience in the non-profit sector. Jatin has worked at various organizations, including Sightsavers, Naandi Foundation, ER3 Solutions, and Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled. At Sightsavers, they held multiple positions in corporate partnerships and programs, starting as a Manager and eventually becoming the Director of South, West Programmes, and Corporate Partnerships. At Naandi Foundation, they worked as a Relationship Manager. At ER3 Solutions, Jatin worked as the Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing a reverse logistics process for e-waste recycling and creating a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative called "Project Eco-Manthan." Lastly, at Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, Jatin managed corporate relations and later initiated a for-profit venture called Vividha Enterprise, which provided training and employment for disabled and rural women.

Jatin Tiwari completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a 10th-grade certificate from National Public School Rajaji Nagar Bengaluru. Jatin also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
