Oksana Titova has worked in the technology industry since 2007. In 2007, they worked as an Assistant to the Arbitration Manager for Arbitration Manager Saranin Andrey. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as an Engineer of Equipment Supply for Gazprom transgaz Tomsk. During this time, they were responsible for supplying equipment and vehicles for the Company's branches. In 2016, they began working for RURO, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager and Software QA Tester. In this role, they tested complex laboratory information systems, biorepository solutions, and healthcare web applications. In 2020, they began working for Brooks Life Sciences as a Software Quality Manager. In this role, they directed the activities of the software QA function to ensure quality products, processes, and the best customer experience. Oksana also worked with product owners, project managers, software engineers, and customer representatives to define test strategy, test development, and test execution, to anticipate/solve system issues and improve functionality. In 2021, they began working for Sightline Systems as a Technology Analyst.

Oksana Titova graduated from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics in 2009 with a Master's Degree in Managerial Economics, specializing in Crisis Management.
